see all reviewsFirst time at Spenga and it won’t be my last! Parking is plentiful and the place has lockers with a built in lock so you can safely store your personal items. Caleb at the front was such a treasure to walk into! He brings such great light and energy, it felt like running into a long time friend. He helped me get an understanding of the brand which was fantastic. Sharlene, the instructor, helped me get a lay of the land as there are different components to the SPENGA workout. Very cool that you get to do cycle, strength/weight training and end with yoga! Overall an all encompassing workout that was fun while being challenging enough to motivate me to keep going. Sharlene guided everyone through each workout with great detail in an easy digestible manner. Love that in the cycle portion you can see where you need to be on the screen and in the strength training room you get videos of each workout move. A FUN TIME! Can’t wait to go back. #ClassPassInsider

The format is great because as soon as you are ready to be done on the bike, it’s time to move to weights, and as soon as you’re ready to be done with weights, it’s time to move to yoga. It’s always a great challenging workout and its always different, and the time goes by quick. The front desk staff is always welcoming and the studio is always clean. #classpassinsider
