    This was a really good class overall, and the instructor was welcoming and upbeat. This is a strength-based class with virtually no cardio, and it is heavily focussed on upper body exercises on this day. I wish however that this class was longer than 45 minutes, because 10-15 minutes is lost from the explanation, warm up, and cool down so it makes for a very short workout.

    This instructor was awesome— cool, friendly, goofy, and not afraid to push you! The class was insane, more more more reps with an intense burn of all the trouble spots, core, back, thighs.
