    PILATES BURN

Best Pilates class and instructor in the city. This is a great workout, whether you do it alone or as a compliment to strength training. The instructor does a great job of providing a challenging workout that still pulls from the basic principles of Pilates. The class is accessible, powerful and fun. I find most of the Pilates classes in Toronto to be either too dull or too trendy. This is neither of those. I hope to see her teach more often at PF.

So glad I was able to make it into this class last minute. I typically find the Stride classes better workouts bc of the cardio, but Brianna unlocked the secret to the Sets format IMO with the slow, intentional movements. The program spent a good amount of time on each muscle group so it burneddd by the end (in a good way). Also she is very specific with her corrections on form. Love & Vinyasa Flow

I had a wonderful experience at Well BYND Studio today! I took the Love & Vinyasa class with the lovely instructor, Peline, and it was truly special. She started the session with a thoughtful Valentine’s card exercise, inviting us to write a love letter to ourselves and to choose a card to guide our practice. Mine was “I am open to the new & changing,” which set the perfect tone. The class focused on heart-opening poses, and while it was physically challenging, it was also incredibly rewarding and beautiful. The space itself has such a warm and welcoming energy, and the staff reflects that as well—Matissa at the front desk was just as kind and inviting. This was my first visit to Well BYND Studio, but definitely not my last. I can’t wait to return! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a mindful and heart-centered yoga experience.
