Immersive Meditation & Breath (60 Min), Warm

Amazing!!! My first time doing this class and I really enjoyed it. Jonathan was great at guiding us through the class, while also providing modifications and tips for focus. Felt very beginner friendly as well. Would definitely take this class again! The immersive aspect was very cool and nice. I liked that it was more spacious that the Yonge studio.

I used to only go to Marlon’s class at the King street location & sadly stopped when they closed down. I was hating SpinCo and decided to go a little further to Ossington and GIRL was it worth it!! I will be here every week from now on

First time visiting summerhill location since leslieville is closed. Morgan is my regular leslieville instructor so 10/10 playlist and energy as always. The studio was nice and good vibes! Will be returning the next few months.

    SPIN

Okay Spinco knows what they are doing here. If you go to spin a lot - Spinco will meet your needs. They know the standard folks expect and keep to it. Clean modern bikes and studio, and great instructor.. Customer service is also top notch. I let the front desk know about the person next to me who was on their iwatch/phone a lot and doing their own thing which was pretty distracting. They heard me and said they would send this person a reminder of class etiquette. As I was leaving they came over to me and shared that they would comp me the class. Wow. The instructor also came over to me to apologies for missing seeing that. So Spinco - appreciate the standards you looking to keep up and make sure people have a good experience here. Appreciate it and I will be back for sure.

Studio staff took the time to help me get set up which I appreciated as a first timer - rlly liked the teacher and LOVED the playlist! A little challenging as a complete novice (I was operating at like 30% lol) but would come back for the occasional class

Great class, very dynamic and efficient. I really like Sean's teaching style. He clearly explains what to watch out for, what muscle is solicited during each exercise which makes a big difference to improve alignment and position even during challenging exercises.

Nice gym with all the equipment you could wish for. Chris was a motivating, funny, and experienced trainer, not afraid to give personal guidance on form or challenge you to go the extra mile. Also took sufficient time for stretching and cool down. Can highly recommend!! 🌟

I really like the community centric feel of this studio. This class is a nice combo of spin and abs. If you’ve never been before, it’s more of a traditional spin class (no choreo, no dark room) but you still get a great workout more focused on endurance.

I enjoyed Heather class overall! Would’ve liked more cueing as there were a lot of quiet lulls and I get distracted easily! Lots of space as there weren’t as many people there.
