    Rock the Bells (50 Min)

As a regular, Dustin is by far my favourite instructor at S&T. His classes are effective (no booty bands here!) and his infectious energy is unmatched. I love how he encourages everyone to life heavy and explains the science behind each move.

Jonny is so FAB! I know he doesn’t usually teach Monday 6:30am, but I so hope he starts. Such an excellent start to my week ❤️ Only thing to mention - the spinco bikes themselves aren’t my fav. I never feel safe in the clips, every time we do an extended sprint one of my feet fly out - waaay different/less secure than the bikes at RIDE, sweat and tonic, etc.

Very high energy instructor, great music selections. Staff were helpful - I had forgotten to get weights before clipping into my bike and a staff member was kind enough to get them for me as class had just started.

If you wanna feel like a super hero running through Armageddon for to save your life amongst others, this class is for you. Theres no way you can defy Serenas infectious spirit in pushing you through the insurmountable. And the soundtrack doesnt hurt either. You cant lose. LOVE the sweat, the push and the relief at the finish line all the same.

Killer EDM playlist with a balanced mix of heavy climbs, sprints, and jogs that goes with the music. Well-timed choreo. Sara's classes are always fun and challenging! She's super motivating and gives great tips for form checks throughout the class.

    Spin (50)

Loft is honestly the best spin studio in the city, and instructors like Morgan is a part of what sets them a part from more generic studios. I believer her dance background offers itself beautifully to creating classes with great routines, and amazing music. You feel like a part of the Loft community regardless of how infrequent you may visit. Don’t sleep on this gem of a studio!

I love the run classes at Altitude. it's by far the most fun I have ever had on a treadmill. the instructors here guide you, at the same time allowing you to customize the speed to your preferred pace really allowing us to challenge ourselves where we can. I would definitely be attending more Altitude Run classes in the future anf highly recommend giving it a try if ypu haven't yet. 10/10!!

    Spinning

Honestly you need to try spinning with chuck - it was so awesome. He knew everyone in the class by name, including the two new people, and was very motivating. He was also funny, had great music, and would even fill up our water bottles for us while we were spinning.
