    Loved the class so much! This was my second spin class ever (first time was at a different place). I found the smaller class sizes to be so much more accessible for beginners, but also so close-knit. The people were so helpful, the instructor was so motivational and inspirational, and the vibes were immaculate!! I will be back.

    Absolutely LOVED this class! I cannot believe I haven’t taken a Justin class before. So sad to hear he’s leaving the 6:30am slot :( only thing is I wish whatever side/leg he was cuing was a bit clearer - one can figure out it but may be helpful to do that just for beginners! :) thanks again Justin!

    Loved the class! Found the info provided about the studio on Classpass lacking.. Didn’t know if they had lockers, space to change, that I would be able to use their riding shoes, had no way of knowing what bike I’d be in, how the system works, etc. Everyone at the studio is awesome, just wish there was more info as a solo newcomer!!

    This class was very accessible and good for beginners. Katherine has good energy and explains things well. I wish there had been more options for making it more challenging, but I could have done that with heaviest weights if I had picked them. I would definitely go again.

    DJ absolutely crushed it. This was such a great class, he began with the philosophy of permissive flow and made it very clear that he is a there to provide instruction but we should let our bodies guide our movement. This went at a very good pace and everyone was WORKED regardless of experience or fitness. He frequently checked in with the group and all around brought amazing energy. And then individually acknowledged everyone at the end of the class. The whole experience was wonderful and empowering, 12/10 would recommend.
