see all reviewsI highly recommend! Best studio in the city. Jess leads a super challenging, and engaging class. This class is loud (THIS IS A GOOD THING IMO). I would consider investing in a good pair of earplugs but they do provide free of charge. Will be back!

I was actually going to get the S+T membership today after years of using it from class pass just b/c of her classes but then she told us she’s going away on vacation so I will just wait until she’s back to get my S+T membership. I love how she focuses on form and goes into why they are important which I find most instructors lack at S+T. I’ve been weight lifting since uni so I know most of the forms already but if I were new to weight lifting, I not I’d probably go home with 3-5 injuries after every class b/c most trainers just don’t really gaf besides Bianca!!
