    Mat Pilates, Hot

Jordyn showed up and ready to work at 7:00 a.m. Sunday, February 16th- the morning of a snowstorm, the same weekend of Valentine's Day and the Family Day Holiday Monday. Can't same the same for the guys responsible for driving the snow ploughs, as the roads were a mess or Lebron, who skipped the All-Star with a mild ankle industry. Jordyn > Lebron.

I highly recommend! Best studio in the city. Jess leads a super challenging, and engaging class. This class is loud (THIS IS A GOOD THING IMO). I would consider investing in a good pair of earplugs but they do provide free of charge. Will be back!

The music and the energy of the instructor in this class was 10/10! I will say I felt it was really fast but would definitely try her class again!

Loved this class! Harris is a great instructor from immediately helping me set up my bike so that it was fit to me properly to reminders of keeping temp. The music and class was challenging and fun. I really appreciated Harris’ motivational messages about being present and living in the moment.

    Strength - Full Body Circuit

Nice gym with all the equipment you could wish for. Chris was a motivating, funny, and experienced trainer, not afraid to give personal guidance on form or challenge you to go the extra mile. Also took sufficient time for stretching and cool down. Can highly recommend!! 🌟

    Ultimate REFORMER Pilates

I get why they call this place “ultimate” 💯 — from amenities, instructors, machines, & front desk associate to post-workout care, everything was A1. Bianca’s flow of movements from one to another was really good. She was very informative and attentive with everyone’s posture. Plus, we love an instructor with a good sense of humour. Will def be back!

    Lift HIIT

Bianca is AMAZING!! I was actually going to get the S+T membership today after years of using it from class pass just b/c of her classes but then she told us she’s going away on vacation so I will just wait until she’s back to get my S+T membership. I love how she focuses on form and goes into why they are important which I find most instructors lack at S+T. I’ve been weight lifting since uni so I know most of the forms already but if I were new to weight lifting, I not I’d probably go home with 3-5 injuries after every class b/c most trainers just don’t really gaf besides Bianca!!
