I believer her dance background offers itself beautifully to creating classes with great routines, and amazing music.     I love the run classes at Altitude. it's by far the most fun I have ever had on a treadmill. the instructors here guide you, at the same time allowing you to customize the speed to your preferred pace really allowing us to challenge ourselves where we can.
