The workout was perfect amount of cardio & weights. Andrew was very motivating throughout the entire class. The front desk staff are also lovely as well (sorry I forget their name) & the facility is clean & has great amenities- definitely will be coming back :)

So it’s a good class for beginners even though it was a demanding class. Angela is very available to assist and really paid attention to what the people in the class were doing.

However, the directions were confusing as there are multiple buildings, and there was a run club leaving right before the class as well. The instructor didn’t meet us inside as described in the class notes, and instead we met in the parking lot where the sauna and cold plunge tubs are.
