This class is not for the faint at heart but if you’ve got some workout experience and want to kick it up a notch then go for it. The equipment is easy to use so don’t let that intimidate you. Much easier than setting up a spin cycle. My quads and arms are still sore two days later. I will definitely be back.

Class had people but wasn’t full. It was the physical and mental time I needed. I’ll go back. Recommend.

The strength section has a tv with video above each station so that helps you with form which I really appreciate. There is reasonably loud music which I like but others may not. I think it is an amazing work out and the people are really nice. If you park in the parking garage with the entrance on Hall, they’ll redeem your parking. Simone seems like the least experienced instructor I’ve had there but she was awesome.

see all reviewsGrit is the most diverse, laid back, welcoming studio I go to- it’s not the fanciest, but the community is second to none. Spin instructor was great- great energy. The bikes aren’t my favorite (you don’t clip in- just shoe cages) but I love the energy here. Will be back!
