I approached her and she introduced herself and explained what was going to happen throughout the class. I really enjoyed the class and definitely will be coming back! The class itself was very slow (in a good way) and focused a lot on mind-body connection and getting into a meditative state. Definitely what I needed to start off my new year!

Heather is a very supportive instructor who wants to make sure everyone in class is doing the moves correctly. I appreciate the corrections. The studio is easy to find, plenty of free parking and the Pilates reformers are clean and well maintained. Definitely try this class if you’re looking for a core workout, you like Pilates and you want something slower paced than a HIIT bootcamp class.

The coordinator was incredibly detailed and thorough in her instructions, making it easy to follow along and get the most out of the class. The overall atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
