This class is totally focused on your core. It was very beginner-level. If you're more advanced, it was fun to stabilize and focus on form, but I didn't break a sweat, hit muscle fatigue or feel sore. The instructor did a great job breaking down moves so everyone could keep up with the Pilates-specific terminology.

What is ClassPass?
