Great instructor!
HIGH+TIGHT (heated) with Lindsey
I liked this instructor a lot - motivating cuing without being too over the top. I liked the workouts we did in this particular class more than the other H&T class I took, which was awesome. Overall, great class with a good instructor.

Music sucked, Instructor was apologizing for challenging us and honestly I wouldn’t take this instructors class again.

How to prepare

Let's do this! Be sure to bring a water bottle and a mat to all classes, if you forget one- no worries, we have some loaners in the studio. Please wear workout gear and tennis shoes to all classes (except for yoga- ditch the shoes!) Please note that all of our Yoga and High & Tight classes are heated. If you don't do well in the heat- we would recommend trying out another one of our classes. First timer? What is ClassPass?
