Either her Vinyasa class kicks my butt in the best way or slow flow gives the best deep stretches. She’s also so passionate about the practice of yoga and it shows through everything she does! She pushes us to be better each class and her playlists are always such a vibe. Come hydrated and be ready to feel on top of the world after a class with Rebekah!

see all reviewsSuch a fun full body workout. I liked that I could feel my body shaking, like in a good way. The moves were challenging in a good way. I liked that it was a lot of core work. Heather is a very supportive instructor who wants to make sure everyone in class is doing the moves correctly. I appreciate the corrections. The studio is easy to find, plenty of free parking and the Pilates reformers are clean and well maintained. Definitely try this class if you’re looking for a core workout, you like Pilates and you want something slower paced than a HIIT bootcamp class.
