It was an incredible cycling experience for me this morning! The staff at check in were very friendly and helpful! I really enjoyed the instructor and the environment in the room. It was very intense, but in a good way! The music was perfect and energetic! ii made it easier to keep my adrenaline and energy levels up! I was able to focus on my workout and goal to finish hard! Thanks for making it an A+ experience!!

Diggy is one of the best instructors and his class is one of my favorites. The Studio3 in Fulton Market needs to fix their air cause it’s so hot in every workout and it makes it so unenjoyable to workout in. Makes going to the River north location more appealing

Wes is the best teacher at Studio Three. I love his no BS and no frill approach. He is always hyping people up and I never feel embarrassed if I can’t do something. He is always giving modifications and never makes anyone feel bad for doing those modifications. He’s talking through the whole class and it really helps me focus. I appreciate how he doesn’t have us do crazy moves or workouts. I feel 100% comfortable with him.

I’m not usually a yoga person but this class totally shifted my mindset on yoga - adding in sculpt really made it work for me! You definitely get a good workout and stretch. Everyone is so kind and it feels more approachable than other studios in the Lakeview area. (A little miffed at the false advertising - I signed up for a class that was supposed to be dedicated to a new album drop, and they played classics from the artist instead. Still enjoyable, but I would be lying if I said it didn’t annoy me a tad - I’ll still be back regardless though!)

This was a great beginner level class! Not too difficult but also not that easy depending on the move. Randi was very welcoming and funny, I would love to take a class here again 💗

Marlen was a great teacher! Class was definitely at more of a beginner pace. Obviously the class is in the middle of a boxing gym so it’s not exactly a cozy yoga environment. But if you know that going in, you’ll enjoy it!
