Zen Power Flow
see all reviewsWoof! What a good butt kick in that heat! Jennifer has the perfect hypnotic voice to give in to being present while also guiding methodically to flow / sweat. I had a knee issue so I appreciated the modifications while also pushing us. First time back at Zen in probably 4 years and this studio has really commercialized in an amazing way!

see all reviewsJoey led an amazing class! Attendees were vocal about the areas in their bodies they were hoping to target and the session did just that (and then some). It was smooth, efficient, kicked my ass, but made me feel stronger and helped me in areas I really needed to touch on. Always look forward to coming to this studio, and will def be back for this class! 🧘♂️ 🙏 🫠

see all reviewsGemma is soothing and stable. She helped keep my mind and body on track for 60 minutes and that often feels impossible. Her cues are genuine, sprinkled with bits of humanity and traditional yoga. I would buy a membership just to take this class. Yoga was accessible to all bodies and levels.

see all reviewsThis was a challenging low impact class with Briza! It was all body weight, and TONS of reps that had me gassed by the end. I loved the heat. Would have liked to use some props (small weights, bands, etc) If you love body weight exercises this class is for you!

see all reviewsLarge, spacious studio (could use some better photos on this platform to show the space better). Predictable flow I was looking for, just a wee bit hot for my first time back to hot yoga in several months. I needed to take multiple breaks. Looking forward to rebuilding that stamina up here!

see all reviewsWow! What a great instructor. Very patient, took the time in a class with over 30 people to make personal adjustments. I had not done yin yoga in years. It is a great practice for those working on doing more with less. This is a busy studio. I can see why. It is a bit urban grunge, but a place I would definitely come back to.

see all reviewsReally relaxing but hard at times! Love the added heat element. Only thing I was iffy on was the man, in addition to the instructor, helping fix postures. I wasnt aware he was employed by the studio at first so that would have been nice to know/nice to have an option to opt out of. Really good class overall.
