Great class! It was my first class postpartum and I loved having my baby there while also being able to modify moves as needed. The class was a mix of wearing the baby in a carrier and having the baby on the yoga mat.

    Feel Good Flow

This slow flow class was PERFECT, each position we took a few breaths in and moved at a pace that was engaging and relaxing. Some poses were thrown in with more challenging variations, a great mix to feel warm and strong. The instructor Lauren gave pointers for posture and body placement that helped me get the most out of each pose. The music was a nice addition without being distracting. It was a cold morning outside (40 F) but the studio was very comfortable without being too hot.

Rich was a calm and peaceful instructor that gave just enough queues to guide, but left space for the class to make adjustments as needed. The breath and meditation class was a great way to start the weekend in a quiet way.

Restore (Deep Stretch + Sound Bath)

This is a great studio and I’ll definitely return, but if it’s standard practice to introduce yourself and essentially do an icebreaker with a stranger, I’d prefer the instructors do that in the minutes leading up to the beginning of class versus at the formal start time. I’ve been to a handful of the various modalities and each time, by the time it’s explained, completed and everyone settles in, it’s eaten up at least 5 minutes of class time so a 45 min class is 40 min or sometimes shorter.
