It’s fun using all the different props i.e. Bala balls, Bala ring, hand weights, etc. and the space itself is gorgeous although moves on the floor can hurt (I felt uneven wood when in forearm planks 🤪).

see all reviewsI loved working out with Christina! It’s been a long time since I last did strength training/weight lifting, so several of the exercises were awkward for me. However, Christina did a great job of checking my form and giving me pointers. Although I wished there was a bit more structure to the class, I did appreciate that she allowed us to go in whatever order we wanted within each circuit. The class was tough but I loved the overall energy and exercises! It was a great way to start my Friday morning. Will definitely be back to train with her and other coaches here!
