    Hannah is an incredible instructor—kind, caring, and works you hard. heads up, her Thursday classes are built for endurance, thirty minutes straight on the tread and thirty on the floor—you can do it! amenities include lockers, the best ice machine, and showers (towels provided are free but small and scratchy, might want to bring your own).

    Full Body - Lower Focus (50 Minutes)

    Awesome class. Was my 10th class and I had a little card waiting for me on my treadmill. Also I wear a knee brace and Joe stopped by during the class to make sure my knee was ok. Little actions like that is what sets Barry’s and their staff apart. I especially love coming to this location.

    Paige is awesome and so sweet. the class is 4 circuits with two different variations in each circuit. You do each variation a total of 8 times. There is a group warm up and ending. The facility is nice and very clean for a gym. There are two showers (you get the entire bathroom to yourself) but you do have to sign up for the shower slots ahead of time. They have blow dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, deodorant, hair spray, etc.

    Workout and instructor were both great but it was so dark in there that I was afraid I was going to trip over something or misstep while I was working out. Really wish they wouldnt make it so dark. Big liability for the gym also.
