Danielle was a great instructor however the rowing machine was really complicated to operate at the speed the class was going. It's hard to keep up with while you're trying to also get a workout so I wouldn't recommend this one for a first timer

This was my first time taking Yin with Steph as the instructor, & she was phenomenal! Her energy, the flow of poses, her hands on assists — it was all amazing, & then it was capped off by Steph going around the room with a rain stick, which made incredible sounds to lull me into a great mindset for shavasana. I look forward to another class led by Steph!

As a first time hot yogi I loved it! However, I wish it was hotter so that I could sweat more. I also wish the instructor modeled the poses so that I could follow her instead of following the class. However, I do like the phrases she used to help us imagine the stretches. Other than that I would definitely go again for my active recovery days. FYI as a first timer you get a FREE towel to use & Matt to use :)
