Zen Hot
see all reviewsI wouldn’t call this class slow. I have gone 4 times and it has moved at a nice fairly quick pace every time but doesn’t have the chaturangas a normal flow has . I would however call it HOT! Almost too hot for me on a humid day but I look forward to doing this class more once it’s cold in the winter.

see all reviewsThis class was amazing! It was my first time attending a cycling class and Frank was the best introductory instructor. He was very polite and helpful with navigating the gear and bike set up. Then, very motivating and high-energy from start of class to finish. I would definitely recommend CYCLE 45 and look forward to taking it again soon.

see all reviewsSo rarely do I feel the incentive to actually post a review on here but Carly’s Strength X class at CorePower Yoga was one of the best I’ve had on here. The facility itself is already great with showers and a free Mat rental for your first visit. The class itself was challenging enough to push me to work hard but didn’t feel overwhelming. I feel amazing afterward. Thank you Carly!

see all reviewsLovely space and felt very welcomed. Had a sub but she was great. You can really tell when someone truly loves what they do and that translated positively. It was like 100 degrees outside and the space was pretty warm—so dress accordingly. I usually focus on strength or circuit training, but I love Class Pass because it allows you to try new things outside your usual routine. This was a great place to try something new and learn a new way to think about my body and balance. Will definitely be back.

see all reviewsJeny is an incredible yoga instructor! She is so empowering and makes a heated flow approachable. She reminds you to meet your body where it’s at and if something doesn’t feel good to you, leave it behind. She offers many modifications and challenges for poses so that everyone gets what they want from the class. Her guided meditation made me tear up (in a good way). She really painted a vivid mental picture that was so calming. I will no doubt be taking more classes with Jeny!

see all reviewsKatie was great! Very well rounded class, good energy, songs, and transitions. I've been coming to CorePower for about a year now and the classes are always great. However I really can't believe they still charge $4 to rent a mat... and don’t offer towels. Pretty insane costs on top of a membership. Just something to consider! I don't know of any other studios that charge for towels.

see all reviewsI really enjoyed this class! It was more workshop style than a vinyasa flow class that I’ve taken at other studios and I loved that. see all reviewsI love the class, it’s really nice, the coach was very careful and try to help with the posture to make sure they were right. It’s 90min so kinda longer than my expectations, and movements a little bit break in between rest, if adding some music I felt it’s more better. The other thing is I wish they have mat towels for rental, not just the towel, cause the towel wasn’t long enough to cover the yoga mat.

If you’ve never taken a yoga class I’d recommend bringing a big towel and a face towel to wipe down with ! see all reviewsThis has quickly become my favorite yoga class. It feels appropriate for my level without being overly easy or only doing restorative poses. Samantha is positive and kind, she gives excellent cues with options to make each movement more or less challenging as needed. The longer class allows for a gentle build up to standing poses and a nice wind down as well. I look forward to it every week and am sad when I can’t make it! I always leave feeling lighter.
