Laken was incredibly welcoming and extremely helpful for my first time at Studio Three. This class is kind of like a yoga inspired HIIT class? It’s barefoot on yoga mats but focuses on slow movements with heavy weights and cardio bursts.

Macie is an incredible instructor and leader. She’s so knowledgeable about movement and muscle groups. She leads her classes with moving cues and countdowns (which I love) with a keen focus on proper technique. Added bonus is that her playlists and music choice constantly bangs! Highly recommend the studio and any of Macie’s classes!

I found this class EXTREMELY hard. I have done high def 60 before and have found it manageable but this was a massive challenge. I absolutely loved the instructor, so tough but very motivational. I felt incredible afterwards. Very very hot so hydrate beforehand!

Breagh is the best!! She keeps it challenging without just throwing in as many poses as possible and without making it so fast you can’t breath in the poses. She also makes some time for play which is my favorite.

Great studio, small and cozy. Idk if my class was the norm, but I felt it could have been more challenging, and I'm not even in that great of shape. It was great for a beginners class, but need different levels. Beginner, intermediate, advanced etc.

I’ve never felt anything but safe and welcomed at any of the YogaSix locations; I think it’s one of the best studios in Chicago. Emma had an amazing vibe and was extremely open towards all levels of practitioners. I liked the set sequence that you could make as easy or as challenging as you wanted; there were plenty of modifications for all. There was a bit of flowing on your own but plenty of guidance. I appreciate that she did not single out anyone in the class or give too much individual correcting as we had some beginners and could have made them feel uncomfortable. Heat was perfect and great playlist as well!

Wow! What a great instructor. Very patient, took the time in a class with over 30 people to make personal adjustments. I had not done yin yoga in years. It is a great practice for those working on doing more with less. This is a busy studio. I can see why. It is a bit urban grunge, but a place I would definitely come back to.

This was a challenging low impact class with Briza! It was all body weight, and TONS of reps that had me gassed by the end. I loved the heat. Would have liked to use some props (small weights, bands, etc) If you love body weight exercises this class is for you!

This is more of a workout class with squats, cardio, and handheld weights that has some yoga mixed in. It’s a good workout, just less yoga than I was expecting. I had a hard time with how hot the room was. Very nice instructor and good facility with a lobby seating area and changing rooms with showers. Bring your own mat or rent one there for $4. #classpassinsider

This is definitely a class for people who have previously done yoga. It's fast paced and if you're unfamiliar with the poses, you might miss out on the flow. But I personally like faster paced so I enjoyed it. I also loved the choice of more indie music rather than your typical ohm yoga music. The staff is super nice as they helped me retrieve my wedding ring after it went down their sink. All in all, I will be back to this studio and class.

Sculpt with Britany was tough but exactly what you’d expect from a hot yoga class with weights! She provided a few variations to make it more or less challenging based on what you needed. She did a few temperature checks during class to make sure the group was comfortable as well. The only downside to this location is that parking can be a bit of a pain.
