    Kickboxing

This class was awesome! I was concerned about attending this class because I had never been kickboxing before but Torriente was wonderful ! He was welcoming and patient and tailors his instruction to each individual. He works one-on-one with participants to insure that you understand what to do and the correct form. The class was only 2 participants which was great.

Antonio was supportive throughout class. it was a small enough group that he had time to coach us individually on form and proper technique and check in about needed modifications. I felt comfortable here and would definitely be back.

    SHADOWBOX - STANDARD

Amazing class!!! Instructor was so engaged, always moving around the room helping people with form and the combos. Music was so good! Rubie called out different combos depending on if you were a beginner or advanced boxers. Showers were clean and fully stocked. Gloves were free to borrow. Gear is off the hook. I will be back soon!

Really, really good class. Katie is an excellent instructor who takes a lot of time to make sure you understand the combo. Also this location is SO nice compared to West Loop- its so clean, so much larger, and the fact that they have showers and changing rooms is HUGE!

I was the only one in class (slushy rain + Friday night) and the instructor was a good sport about it. I of course got a great workout with no room to slack off or take a break. The focus on establishing rhythm and using good boxing technique totally took my mind off the fact that it was a killer endurance workout too.

    Zumba

I registered for the class through ClassPass and when I got there 15 minutes early no one was there. I waited around and decided to look it up on Google only to find out it was closed on Sundays. I left a message letting them know that they should take the 11 AM Zumba class off of the ClassPass schedule to prevent this from happening to anyone else. I rode public transportation for this class and I am a bit disappointed. My experience with ClassPass has always been really good so I know that sometimes these things happen.
