see all reviewsVery cool space with cool lights. Teresa had such a positive energy. It really was very suitable for any level. You can push yourself at whatever level you are at. There are teleprompters that run on the perimeter of the top of the walls with directions for the movements. If it is your first time, you do have to purchase inner gloves for $15 (you get to keep them) and rent boxing gloves for $5. My favorite part of class was Teresa's words of wisdom that kept the motivation inside of you going. A central theme was letting go of the things you cannot control in life and focusing on the things you can control. 11/10 experience. I 100% recommend and will be back.

see all reviewsAbsolutely LOVED the class!!! Aidan was AMAZING, super welcoming and took the time to teach me the proper stance and each punch, making sure I was doing everything correctly before we started the class. I also loved being near the center where I could clearly see the instructor demonstrate the next moves. Workout was intense, but I loved every minutes of it. The front desk staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Overall, an awesome experience! Definitely will go back!!

see all reviewsGreat workout especially for a 30 minute class! I’ve taken this class with Bobby who is fantastic but Antonio made it challenging in a different way, creating intervals between weights and the bike instead of splitting the time 15/15. It was a good push and I’ll definitely be back.

see all reviewsThe class was challenging but in a fun way I’m going back this was a good cardio workout. Keyante was good with me as a beginner. They rent the gloves but you have to purchase hand wraps. I was sweating! heart was beating and it was fun to learn the combos. We were moving throughout the entire class. I was nervous but Keyante gave modifications and was really encouraging to keep going.

see all reviewsExhausting but fun! You have to arrive AT LEAST 15 min before so you can sign in, lock your stuff, purchase hand wraps ($12), get help wrapping your hands, rent the gloves ($10), learn what 1 2 3 4 5 6 means, and fill up your water bottle. We warm up and got to hitting the punching bag. There’s some standard work outs in between and at the end and time to cool down. Instructors were a bit fast but very helpful and the staff was welcoming. Would try again!

He gave me a quick tour of the different stations and even helped me wrap my hands since it was my first time. During the class, he was super attentive, noticed when I was a little lost with the punches and jumped in to help. He was constantly moving around, checking in with everyone. Also love. The class was amazing. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Bring a pair of flipflops or slides and a water bottle (you'll survive if you don't have those things though). Wear tighter fitting clothing to wear the gi over. That's all you need. 10/10 would recommend.

see all reviewsI took the defense class with Marty and it was fantastic! I've only ever taken one boxing fitness class (so very different) so he paired me with his best teaching student and they both showed me the basic punches, defenses and helped me with my technique. I'm very active though and am used to learning choreography through dance, but if you are just starting, it's recommended to take the technique class to start. However if you are like me and those don't fit your schedule, they'll make a way to help you out. :) I rate this class a 100/10, I had the best time!

see all reviewsAn Unforgettable Experience at PUSH Indoor Cycle & Yoga! Tonight’s class at PUSH Indoor Cycle & Yoga was nothing short of incredible! From the moment I walked in, the energy was electric, the vibe was welcoming, and the workout was exactly what I needed. A huge shoutout to Vikki, who absolutely crushed it as an instructor! Her passion, motivation, and killer playlist made the class both challenging and fun. She knows how to push you (pun intended!) past your limits while keeping it engaging and uplifting. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned pro, she meets you where you are and helps you level up. The indoor cycle session was an adrenaline rush—perfectly paced, with just the right mix of endurance, sprints, and climbs. And then, the yoga class was the ultimate reset. The balance between strength, stretch, and mindfulness was exactly what my body and mind needed. If you’re looking for a fitness studio that delivers top-tier workouts, incredible instructors, and a supportive community, PUSH Indoor Cycle & Yoga is the place to be. Can’t wait for my next class!
