    Infrared Sauna (River North)

It was a nice way to get some heat and light on my skin in the cold, dark fall/winter months. I would have preferred a bit more of a serene experience but there was pretty loud dance music on in the whole facility. It had its own radio in the sauna, but although I put something on a bit more chill, I had to have it on loud to drown out the other music. Just a heads up.

This was my first time using Classpass points for Massage. I was a little worried because there were no reviews, but I was so glad I gave it a try! Shaquita, the owner of A Natural Mind and Body, was wonderful, and I had one of the best massages I've ever had!! She carefully listened to my concerns & preferences then thoroughly addressed my areas of issues. Her spa is located inside a business building. Don't hesitate it doesn't look like a spa from outside. She made her space very cozy & comfortable. I highly recommend Shaquita's massage. Don't miss the treat for your body & mind!!

In-Person Power Flow ($15 Community Class)

Eboni was super fun. This was the most dynamic power class Ive been to! Ebb and flow may be my new spot. Loved that it incorporated abs like core power but also bikram poses and flows. Heated class gets you going

Emily set a beautiful intention of kindness for this class and introduced me to some new and unique poses (funky warrior 2 :). This teacher has a lovely gentle approach to class while offering a few levels of positions for yogis to try. We held some poses for a nice amount of time, it made a 50min Noon class feel long and luxurious, a great mid-day break.

What a great class! Mason is an excellent teacher. He does hands on adjustments, and has a warm and welcoming presence. I have been to all of the Ahimsa locations and he is the owner of the studios. Very impressive. I will be back.

    VIRTUAL VIN-YIN

This was an excellent work out. It was a great balance of vin and yin without too many vinayasas. I feel lucky that I happened to sign up at the last minute when something else did not workout. Thank you!
