I was nervous about the running portion being that I’m not a runner, didn’t have the right “running” shoes etc. The treadmill program made it so easy to adapt to and follow along and was really fun! Floor portion was similar to Rumble Boxing - easy to follow, go at your own pace. Love this concept!

Jill is one of the best boxing instructors I’ve had here. She knows how to put together combos on the bag side that don’t get overly repetitive, and she focuses on actual strength work for the floor side rounds. Her energy is always at a 10 and you can tell that she loves to teach. Such a gem of a coach!

Awesome class! I have been looking for a studio like this on CP in the city since I do not like classes only focused on hitting stats; I want good music, lots of choreography, and a motivating instructor and Joey delivered. It was very challenging and some of the choreography was really advanced especially since I haven’t been to spin in a while, but I know it just takes practice. Incredible workout & I will definitely be back. #classpassinsider

ROK YOUR BODY Sculpt Full Body 1.0

Great full body workout. Just wish she’d given students more individual attention and help. Many people were struggling to understand her instructions so at certain times I just sort of did my own thing.

Lovely space and helpful staff. It was a relaxing experience and the space in incredibly clean and well maintained. My only wish is that the downstairs area was warmer. It was freezing the day we visited.

    Spin Class 45

Absolutely incredible class. The instructor had the audacity to ask us to take back-to-back classes one day which was a JOKE because I was DRIPPING and SHAKING after just 10 mins on the bike. Cannot recommend the studio enough!

Love Liz. Great playlists, hard flows. Nice insights into astrology, chakras etc, she also does hands on adjustments which is great. Liz can talk quite a bit which I have waffling feeling about tho. That said, always feel great after her class.
