Jill is one of the best boxing instructors I’ve had here. She knows how to put together combos on the bag side that don’t get overly repetitive, and she focuses on actual strength work for the floor side rounds. Her energy is always at a 10 and you can tell that she loves to teach. Such a gem of a coach!

Thanks for keeping the light on a little longer in the transition from the floor to the bike. It really helped in today‘s class. I cannot say enough great things about Pedal House and Joey. The 8:30 is a very small class and in other cycling studios, the energy would be dead. Not this place. He brings so much energy and attention to the riders. He can seem intimidating but he genuinely cares and wants the rider to improve and get results. The choreography is tricky but keep coming and trying and you will get the hang of it.

    STRENGTH + CONDITIONING SESSION

New favorite class alert! I wouldn’t say it’s “beginner friendly” as defined by the difficulty level of the class (it was HARD AF, and I LOVED it), but the staff was INCREDIBLY welcoming and helpful in getting set up and starting off right. I loved the format, which involves three 12-minute rotations with three exercises each. What I loved most is that in addition to showing how to do each move correctly in the beginning, the moves are listed in the front of class so you know what you’re getting into and can pace yourself accordingly throughout each rotation. HIGHLY recommend. Will be coming back as often as possible!

    Pilates Reformer/tower

Absolutely loved Maria!! First time taking her class and she’s fun. She makes the class more lively and walks by each one of us to adjust and help us. Also remembers all of our names so definitely felt warmer being in her class.

    Hot Power Hour

Amazing! It was very relaxing and the instructor was great. We even had a “screaming” component, sounds unconventional but very interesting experience to let all the stress out. Would definitely come back again
