    Class itself was great but the room was HOT. 10 minutes in I started to visibly see the humidity in the room and people leaving at the end of class were talking about almost passing out.     Great class! My only issue was the employee talking before class to another employee about Boston Marathon and asked if her friend was running for charity or a "real" runner. FYI- I've qualified both ways, 8 times. and was ALWAYS a real runner. That's just an aside, and not a huge issue, but it rubbed me the wrong way.

    It was a good class. I thought it was going to be 45 min but it was just 30 min which actually worked out better for me. You do need a few different weights for the class. I had 10 pound weights and 20 pound weights but I wish I had had 5 pounds as well. I liked the music and she had good musicality starting on the 1 count for transitions. I teach a fitness class so I notice these things but others may not really care ? I liked that it had a little stretch time at the end cause I really need a push to stretch more.
