    Great class! My only issue was the employee talking before class to another employee about Boston Marathon and asked if her friend was running for charity or a "real" runner. FYI- I've qualified both ways, 8 times. and was ALWAYS a real runner. That's just an aside, and not a huge issue, but it rubbed me the wrong way.

    Full Body (50 Minutes)

    Great class! It was my first time and I would recommend it, even if you are a bit nervous about the boot camp style--you can control your own treadmill and can go at your own pace if you have to. One criticism: would have appreciated more personal corrections. I am pretty sure I was doing one of the weight exercises completely wrong but wasn't corrected.

    TONEd DOWN: An Intro to Btone

    This was my first class and I'm very glad I attended the intro. Brooke said the difference between this class and the regular is that 1) there is no pause in between exercises to explain the position in the regular class, 2) there is a greater number of exercises/positions in the regular, and 3) more time is spent working each muscle in the regular. Definitely one of my favorite Class Pass classes so far. Brooke is a great instructor.

It was the perfect level of challenging - Sebastian was encouraging when I wasnt pushing hard enough, instructional when I was off on my form, and forgiving when I was 100% gassed.     Diana has good energy and keeps the pace of the class moving. She cues each exercise in advance of the actual moves to assure fast and smooth transitions. The music is good and at a good volume so we can hear her but not ourselves panting. ;) She always remembers each sequence so both sides are always even, but sometimes the left leg feels shorter time-wise than the right, which she usually does first...maybe she could start with the left sometimes and it might feel more even...? But I love how much core is done each class, and I know I am in good hands for a well-built class each time.

The Seaport location is really easy to get to from the downtown area via the silver line. This location has a really cool vibe in a super clean, brand new space. The b3 workout has evolved a lot since I started doing it - some things I love (like the incorporation of breathwork), some things I don’t (the workouts feel much lower energy with the recent change in music and instructors cueing less), but this comment has more to do with b3 as a brand/franchise and not this studio in particular.     So good and efficient. Don't be fooled by the short class, you will be working at 90-100% for almost all of it with VERY short breaks. Easy to follow and the instructor was great, fun and lots of good energy. Definitely doable for beginners but I'd recommend taking an extra break whenever needed as it's very intense. I'll be back!
