Lots of bikes, very close together in the summer doesnt make for the safest experience always. Would love better AC in the bike room.

see all reviewsIt was a good class. I thought it was going to be 45 min but it was just 30 min which actually worked out better for me. You do need a few different weights for the class. I had 10 pound weights and 20 pound weights but I wish I had had 5 pounds as well. I liked the music and she had good musicality starting on the 1 count for transitions. I teach a fitness class so I notice these things but others may not really care ? I liked that it had a little stretch time at the end cause I really need a push to stretch more.
