    Class itself was great but the room was HOT. 10 minutes in I started to visibly see the humidity in the room and people leaving at the end of class were talking about almost passing out. Lots of bikes, very close together in the summer doesnt make for the safest experience always. Would love better AC in the bike room.

    Great class! My only issue was the employee talking before class to another employee about Boston Marathon and asked if her friend was running for charity or a "real" runner. FYI- I've qualified both ways, 8 times. and was ALWAYS a real runner. That's just an aside, and not a huge issue, but it rubbed me the wrong way.

    It was a good class. I thought it was going to be 45 min but it was just 30 min which actually worked out better for me. You do need a few different weights for the class. I had 10 pound weights and 20 pound weights but I wish I had had 5 pounds as well. I liked the music and she had good musicality starting on the 1 count for transitions. I teach a fitness class so I notice these things but others may not really care ? I liked that it had a little stretch time at the end cause I really need a push to stretch more. I’ll be signing up again! Thanks Diane!

    Awesome class. I enjoyed the structure. It was 30 minutes of weights with 3 rounds of 5 different exercises for a total body workout. We then went into a slightly heated room for 20 minutes stretching using a foam roller with some abs thrown in. Then we did a few minutes of anti-aging recovery on a rebounder and vibrating plate. Great way to decompress while getting a good workout in! The class only had 3 of us in it and Monica was great at encouraging us while helping with form and showing me around the gym.

Professional, knowledgeable, extremely careful and attentive with any potential limitations his clients may have. Other members of this gym are also super friendly and welcoming. One other location I went to, introduced me to a class on my first day as a classpass member, I didn't understand why would that be important to share, only later to hear from the owner himself that people from classpass destrupt their classes, as he was pushing me to buy a package with them and pay more for an into class. if you are like me and was curious about Gil's (the owner) CrossFit in Newton is the place to go!
