    Absolutely loved it! First time taking this class and boy was I humbled. It was a bit of a learning curve because I wasn’t familiar with the names of some of the moves but there’s enough repetition to get it quickly. The class moves fast but super fun and a good challenge. I love Lisa’s energy and her playlist is fire~

    Remix - Dance

    Gabby changed my approach to classic "exercise" — this is my first time with Turn Up Dance Fitness (only ever known kpop choreo or zumba) but it really did become my new highlight of the week. I think the Wednesdays classes are at capacity (and ClassPass settings could be changed to allow for more room there), but that just goes to show how in demand Gabby's classes are. She's fun, free-spirited, and designs a thoughtfully-curated choreo while making everyone feel welcome (and good in their bodies!) So rare these days. Thanks Gabby!

    ZUMBA - Dance

    Chela is awesome! She is such a charismatic Zumba instructor who makes class enjoyable and challenging. I’ve experienced my fair share of good and bad Zumba instructors, and Chela definitely embodies all of the good. Really liked this class. Lots of space and natural light in the fitness room. I’ve done Zumba many times before so it wasn’t too hard to follow along with minimal instructor cues. Zumba is all about moving and having fun so there’s no worry about getting all the moves right. Good music and energy all around.

    Kate’s class was so much fun! She has a lot of positive energy and encourages you to push yourself. We also learned a fun TikTok dance at the end of class! My only complaint is that this class regularly shows up as 10-15 credits now which is a lot. It makes it really hard to go again. There were only 5 people in the class too so I’m surprised they don’t want to encourage more attendance. Besides that, it was a great class and the staff was friendly.

    GymIt has all of the equipment you could ask for in a gym. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful . If your main goal is to work out every part of your body, this space is for you. There is no sauna, steam room, or pool and no classes. Compared to the pricing of other gyms, this is a bargain. You will find people of all ages and abilities so you can come with confidence that you will get what you need.

    Instructor was super kind - helped modify for my knee and constantly checked in to make sure I was ok. Cute dog named Flex too and lots of equipment. It was an awesome workout and great music. The two things I didn’t love are A) the group of women also taking the class gave the vibe of judgmental / not super friendly b) there was not multiple weight options so everyone had to use the same weight no matter the ability which as a Physical therapist I noticed is not great for form.
