    Non traditional class which suited me fine as I am just getting back into exercising after 2 years. Active, fun, low pressure environment, clean space. Other reviews are spot on, it's not at all a traditional yoga class, but nice in its own way.

    I highly highly highly recommend this place. everything was welcoming, inviting, comfortable, clean and sanitized. My body felt like it was a treat. I feel so relaxed and calm now. It wasn’t a high heart rate activity, but my body feels good to move. if you’re recovering from an injury or you’re looking for something low impact and you just want to really love on your body, I highly recommend you try this place.
