The studio had the perfect temperature to get a good sweat, creating an environment that was both invigorating and challenging. The instructor was exceptional—knowledgeable, motivating, and attentive, guiding us through a series of poses with clear instructions and encouraging adjustments.     I had done a few starter/intro classes which I felt comfortable in, but was nervous to take it to the next level. I booked in for the foundation class and I’m so glad I did - Maddy was a fantastic instructor, really taking the time to explain the explain the exercises and giving reassurance whilst keeping up a good pace. She also took the time after class to check in on how we were feeling and give positive feedback. I feel like this was the perfect class to bridge beginners and the full body classes.     Challenging and fun full body workout! Helpful to stand right next to the instructor at the barre if you’re new to the class, so you can follow her examples. You can wear studio sneakers or grippy socks. The class is set to music and you generally rotate from arm work with light weights (1-3 pounds) to leg work with resistance bands to some light cardio with an exercise ball in hand (e.g., squat jumps) and standing core exercises. All props provided. Carolyn demonstrates each move, so you have a visual cue on top of the verbal cues. Fantastic instructor and an energizing workout.

    I loved this class. I am a single Mom who after having my daughter and going through a divorce, stopped exercising all together. That was 14 years ago. Now due to lots of health complications, I need to come back to an exercise routine. I am extremely happy that I ended up taking this class. Keri is a tough teacher, but her energy and level of excitement is exactly what I needed. She has motivated me to plan to do this regularly. She is the drill Sargent I needed and I am planning to take her classes 3 times a week. I will be there tomorrow for her next class.

    This was my very first btone class, and I’m already looking forward to booking my next one! The ArkeTONE machine looks like a beast, but the instructor provided instructions throughout class. I appreciated that she also offered modifications for the various exercises too. Don’t be fooled— the movements may be slow, but they are very challenging.     I really love this class— Michelle is so calming and doesn’t do a ton of hands-on corrections which is nice. There’s no music, just a lot of thorough explanations and some giggly chatting before and after class. It feels like a less intimidating version of reformer Pilates with a lot of deep stretching— super empowering and I feel challenged but strong during the class. Everyone is kind as well and it seems like all levels are welcomed! Love it!
