During rounds, she offered modified versions to accommodate all fitness levels, which I really appreciated. It was an excellent 45-minute class—just the perfect workout to jumpstart your weekend. I did find myself a little confused both upon arrival and during class and wished there had been clearer/more proactive instruction throughout (which props to take, where to get situated in the room, what the icons on the floor meant, cues and demos for movements, etc) - it was a bit intimidating - but overall a great experience and I’ll def go back to try more classes!

I’ve experienced my fair share of good and bad Zumba instructors, and Chela definitely embodies all of the good. Really liked this class. Lots of space and natural light in the fitness room. I’ve done Zumba many times before so it wasn’t too hard to follow along with minimal instructor cues. Zumba is all about moving and having fun so there’s no worry about getting all the moves right. Good music and energy all around.

see all reviewsGreat experience I came in late and had so many thoughts in my head and still was able to breath and relax to the flow of the class, I wish the receptionist would have given me a mat for the class when told her I was heading to the yoga class because it was my first time and I didn’t knew they were in the front desk but still I started the class without it and at some point the instructor noticed and provided the necessary equipment very attentive and gentle there was also a class mate who was very kind and let me know that I could pick the mat at the front desk. Definitely would go back it felt very nice.

My only complaint is that this class regularly shows up as 10-15 credits now which is a lot. It makes it really hard to go again. There were only 5 people in the class too so I’m surprised they don’t want to encourage more attendance. Besides that, it was a great class and the staff was friendly.

I haven’t been to a barre class in a few years and this was a great entry class for someone out of practice or a beginner. I wish the studio offered more of the one hour classes instead of the 45’s because they feel less rushed on warm ups and cool downs generally as a studio suggestion.
