    Great energy and playlist! but class is much more of an easy/entry level pilates than barre. I wish it was more challenging. Also I think they keep the studio too cool. I always freeze in there. It’s so cold I can’t even allow my socked feet to move off my mat or I get a chill and lose blood flow in my feet.

    Lovely space and instructor. However, no real hands on corrections as she just sat in front of the room to demonstrate, did not walk around. It seemed like a good class for a beginner to reformer or someone who wants slow stretching, but was not advanced enough for me (or even for the rest of the class it seemed). Would go back to the studio if I knew it would be more a intense exercise.

It was super fast-paced, which was great because it made the time fly, but I wouldn't recommend it for someone who isn't familiar with basic yoga flow.     Liz is a gem! Full of energy at 8:30 AM on a Saturday. It was comedy and a workout. There were two different sets of exercises (one cardio and the other focuses on abs).
