I always freeze in there. It’s so cold I can’t even allow my socked feet to move off my mat or I get a chill and lose blood flow in my feet.

It seemed like a good class for a beginner to reformer or someone who wants slow stretching, but was not advanced enough for me (or even for the rest of the class it seemed).
