see all reviewsI come from a classical Pilates background (200+ hours) and would only ever take contemporary Pilates if it was done by instructors like Yadira! Simply, Yadira is an amazing instructor. She was clear, motivating, and made class accessible/inclusive. I appreciate her give modifications and showing how to do more complicated moves. She also gave cues on correct form which other instructors rarely do! Would love to take her classes again!!
