I was not in the mood to go cycling this morning, didn’t sleep well and was super tired, but she was so positive, so joy-focused, and provided plenty of adjustments both for people who wanted to go harder and for those who were having trouble keeping up.     Tatyana is so kind and fun! This was a good experience and I would classify it as cardio. Definitely try to be there early so she can get you in the gear but also so you can find parking. I think this class would be super fun to bring a friend to! Get ready to laugh a lot and burn some calories
