Because it was challenging (in a good way) and I felt muscles I never knew existed shaking and burning, lol. Instructor Ysabel greeted me at the front, asked good questions like, âis this your first time & do you have any injuries?â Ysabel explained to me how to use the equipment and constantly corrected me on my form in class. I love how the instructor really focused on form and gave a modification option as well.

see all reviewsI enjoyed todayâs class with Jacquelin, she heard my concerns about my recovery from sciatica and included some stretches that helped to open the lower back. The heat and humidity felt really good to sweat off a lot of toxins. The front desk was nice during check in and the instructor showed me around the facility. Space was clean and organized. Definitely will be making a comeback!
