see all reviewsmy first time rowing and the instructor was soooo nice and accommodating. she helped demo the form and made me feel welcome! if it’s ur first time rowing, definitely get to the studio early so you know what to expect. front desk staff were nice! they give out sweat towels to use during class which was a great touch. Great class!

see all reviewsI went to the full-row class which was 45 mins (the time breakdown is 95% rowing, 5% stretching) Great, high-energy class! Erin does such a great job motivating everyone! I’m still a beginner to rowing but Erin came around a few times to help me with my technique, which I really appreciated - thank you!! Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone interested in rowing! 🚣🏻♀️💪🏻

It was a super welcoming environment and everyone in class was super supportive. Would be great for beginners, experts young and old! I can’t wait to go back!

see all reviewsThat was an amazing Barre class, I'm sore in places I didn't know existed! The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable, precise, and fun. The 45-minute class was the perfect amount of time for an early afternoon class. I love that ended exactly at 11:45 so we could all get to our next commitment on time. I will absolutely be back for more!
