Vinyasa & Meditation (in-studio)
see all reviewsIt was my first visit at Breathe Together and I really enjoyed it. The receptionist was welcoming and the space in general was really nice and warm. Molly was motivating, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. She also offered alternative poses, which I appreciate. After the class, I browsed through the shop that offers a curated selection of books, jewelry, clothes, yoga accessories, essential oils and more. Unfortunately the juice/tea bar closed at 12:30 so I couldn’t taste anything… but I’ll be back!

see all reviewsHigh energy. Helena wants her students to have a great workout. Note: this class uses step risers (think 80’s step cardio class) to bring your heart rate up and use of dumb bells and body weight for strength training.
