    The instructor was good with her instructions but not great at critiquing or adjusting. A couple of us were using the wrong cable and didn’t tell any of us to adjust.     This is an overdue review for Kim - who is one of the best Lagree instructors I have experienced (I have done BodyRok, Core40, CB Fit over the years). The hard thing about Lagree is that if you are not focusing on the right posture and engaging the right muscle groups you are not reaping the full benefits of the exercise, let alone run the risk of injuring yourself (ever felt certain moves are easy and you can do it without breaking a sweat? Chances are that you are doing it wrong). Kim’s cues are on point - always reminding you to do small adjustments to stay away from wrong postures.

    this was my first class with Nicolina. She does a great job of guiding/instructing throughout the class. She offered modifications and did regular tempo checks to ensure we were making the most of each move. Not sure if there were any newbies in class, but she also took the time to explain the differences between some movements and how tension worked between the front and back of the reformer. Would definitely recommend her classes if you're new to Lagree or using the reformer.

    I’ve been doing lagree for a year now & this studio had me breaking way more than a sweat🥵 they do “power” moves, which means going faster sometimes (I’m not talking about pulses lol) which feels antithetical to lagree but it’s effective & keeps you on your toes!!!! It’s an excellent low-impact full body workout. For newbies: this is lagree, NOT Pilates. Though beginners are welcome, I’d say intermediate to advanced lagree babes will thrive💪🏽 Paid street parking nearby, cubbies for your stuff, restrooms & wipes to clean your megapros afterwards.
