The instructor gave out clear instructions in a very helpful way. She was kind and helpful in her corrections. The flow of the class went well. The music was lovely. I also liked this studio more than the other Club Pilates studios. I liked the dark vibe in the room with just the low blue lights, and the bigger cubby room area. The only small complaint would be that their only restroom was out of order, but the front desk girl was nice about it when I asked. Overall, i’d love to come back to this studio, and I don’t think i’d say the same for other club pilates studios!!

They provide rags and cleaner for the pole and yoga mats. The beginner basics class is set at a good pace, allowing you to practice each movement and practice the technique. They do a brief warm-up before class, but I recommend doing a gentle stretch/warm-up before you get there. Highly recommend this class!!!
