The class was not only a sweat-inducing workout, but also super fun, with a supportive community vibe throughout. There were around 12 people in the class, with a fairly even split of men and women (with men being the slight majority). We did low-impact, partner-based exercises with various equipment, rotating through circuits set to an upbeat playlist. Justin constantly went around the room correcting our form, challenging us to use heavier weights, and giving us lots of high fives and fist bumps. Most people in the class seemed to know each other/were regulars, and there was a palpable friendliness that I really appreciated, even as a first-timer. Looking forward to my next Peaches & Core, and to trying out other classes at JustTone!

The class itself lives up to its name - it HITS you HARD. But don't let that scare you, the instructor will help accommodate all participants. The staff come around to assist in modifying an exercise or correct your form. I'm on a trial, and if I could, I would book another class with them, I can see why they have members, 10/10 would recommend!!

Her class is always a great workout that doesn’t leave you tired or in pain but you can feel she pushes you and helps you build your muscle and tone. If your posture or workout is incorrect she helps you adjust without a doubt and doesn’t make you feel bad like (Kristoff) and some other instructors that I was really turned off by. We started with short introductions of our names and what we wished to gain from the class or what made us interested in the class. Then we warmed up with some helpful stretches and simple moves using the pole. Then Paige showed us move by move and at the end we put all the moves together. This class is for all levels and extremely beginner friendly. No, it is not easy …but you leave the class feeling stronger and accomplished and looking forward to the next class. Most of the class was pretty dark, as the lights were off in half of the room, so I had to look around at other people to make sure I was doing the correct movements. This class also wasn’t too exhausting, coming from someone who barely works out, but was still fun to participate.
