    Jordan was awesome! She did a great job not only walking us through all the different movements, but also coming around and giving us individualized help on how to improve our form. This class was definitely intense for my first time doing Pilates in a few years, but I was really proud of myself for getting through it.     Brittany was amazing and super motivating as an instructor! As a first timer at a spin class I was nervous going into it but they couldn’t have been more helpful at showing me how to get set up on the bike. It’s definitely an intense workout, but I pushed myself and was really proud of how I did. I love that they keep it mostly dark the whole class and the upbeat music and exciting energy from everyone else made for a super fun environment. Also the owner Kelly couldn’t have been nicer and checked in with me after to see how it was! I will definitely be back.

    I love the singing bowls and chimes used at the end of class. It was very relaxing. The class helped me get all the kinks out and the teacher incorporated what we wanted for the class. The studio is warm and inviting across the street from a tea shop and other businesses. Unexpectedly, even though the class was scheduled from 12:30-1:30pm, the class didn't end until a little bit after 2pm. So it was a nice treat to have extra time for self-care.
