Beautiful amenities like showers with towels included, free shoe rentals, free coffee in the front, and cool eucalyptus towels at the end of class. So fun and a kickass workout. Cant wait to come back.

There were a lot of transitions but I think it helped keep your muscles moving and was a nice mix. I look forward to taking this with michele again.

I thought it was strange and enjoyable that there are several roosters and geese roaming about in a yard next to the gym. They greet you when you come and go.
