Sarah is a wonderful teacher. Her joy in yoga comes through in so many ways. I love her pausing and letting us play in variations of postures, she uses Sanskrit pose names but also describes body positioning and movements to help people find poses or an alternative to a pose she has called out. She reads the room to see if her instructions make sense and adapts. The music is always good and I love that we flow at the end and just move and who cares if I got it exactly right as long as I felt it as I needed.

Absolutely amazing. Definitely not for beginners but only because there isnt much explanation, you need to be familiar with the poses to be able to modify/challenge yourself to make the practice your own and understand the transitions.
