    I would rate Derek, and especially today's class, 6 stars if I could! Derek's classes are always challenging but he gives you different levels or versions of most exercises so you can really make it your own.     First time trying sculpt. I think if you have been to C1 this is accessible to newbies. It was challenging and sweaty but I didn't die. I tend to get impatient with circuits and that is kind of what this is. Plus so many push-ups. Omg. I guess it's probably good for us lol. I mostly do barre and Pilates and one difference with sculpt is more emphasis on pushing yourself to use the heaviest weight possible and still maintain form, a change from the classes with light weights.

    Alecs Monday evening class was just what I was looking for. Small class, not hot, with a good build of flow and strong emphasis on form over quickness. Also with good hands on adjustments. Intermediate vinyasa probably good for all levels but absolute beginners

    Enjoyed this class with Chelsea. This was my first rowing class and she helped with setting up the machine and technique. Music doesnt usually sync up with the rowing tempo which may throw you off. Will be back.

    Very clean and modern studio. There was a short, one minute cardio burst. Barre classes dont usually have that much cardio, but wish the cardio part was a little longer. Brittanys class was organized and exercises were built on each other. Loved that she helped deepen your stretch by pressing down on your back! Shes super sweet and is welcoming.
