Great class! JJs onnit teaching style is more yoga-inspired than the other instructors I've tried here. The class was fast paced and challenging but really accessible, and with lots of modifications offered to make it easier or harder. The music was pretty loud and made it hard for me to hear the instruction at times, but otherwise fantastic experience!

Rating the class a 5 because I love pure but Lauren C messed up her directions over 10-15 times in the class and moved really quickly through each move. As someone who has been there multiple times but never taken her class, I felt like it wasn’t as friendly for more advanced people looking for a challenge. The spring load wasn’t heavy enough majority of the time and she started by insisting we use the staff bar which made it even less challenging

Definitely more complicated than Zumba and a bit intimidating for a first-timer, but by the end of each song you can get a sense of the moves, and I imagine that if you keep going (which I plan to do) you get to a point where you recognize the routines. First time trying sculpt. I think if you have been to C1 this is accessible to newbies. It was challenging and sweaty but I didn't die. I tend to get impatient with circuits and that is kind of what this is. Plus so many push-ups. Omg. I guess it's probably good for us lol. I mostly do barre and Pilates and one difference with sculpt is more emphasis on pushing yourself to use the heaviest weight possible and still maintain form, a change from the classes with light weights.

This was definitely the most accessible and enjoyable barre class I've been to on CP! Rebecca was so encouraging, and everyone at the studio was incredibly nice and friendly. The atmosphere isnt intimidating at all which I appreciated. I really enjoyed that we worked hard for short bursts and stretched in between muscle groups--it helped to break class up and make it more manageable. They are big on the "tuck" here, and my main criticism is that I wish there was a bit more of an explanation of what exactly that is. I'm not sure I was doing it right and I was feeling a lot of the exercises in the wrong places so probably not. I'm also not super sore today (1 day later) so I'm not sure how great of a workout I got compared to other barre classes. BUT I had a great time and will definitely return to perfect my tucking skills!

The class was great- just exactly the same routine as the Flow class I took from him earlier in the week. It's a great sequence but just wish the routine changed for some variety. I believe I've had other instructors at this studio do different routines for Flow.

This class was definitely harder than I expected it to be! You may not break a sweat, but you will work til muscle failure, and then have to push past it still. I'm excited to see how these classes change my body; I will be back for more!

Normally this is a completely full class but today it was just me (day after a holiday)! She seriously made the class go by so fast and it was really great, eve with it just being the two of us. Her energy is great. Love the mix of cardio and strength moves.
