Great class! JJs onnit teaching style is more yoga-inspired than the other instructors I've tried here. The class was fast paced and challenging but really accessible, and with lots of modifications offered to make it easier or harder. The music was pretty loud and made it hard for me to hear the instruction at times, but otherwise fantastic experience!

Ellen was awesome! First of all - so tough!!! But secondly she gave adjustments that helped push you to keep form or not give up, and they were actually helpful. She was the perfect balance of this and I actually really appreciated the nudge.

First time trying sculpt. I think if you have been to C1 this is accessible to newbies. It was challenging and sweaty but I didn't die. I tend to get impatient with circuits and that is kind of what this is. Plus so many push-ups. Omg. I guess it's probably good for us lol. I mostly do barre and Pilates and one difference with sculpt is more emphasis on pushing yourself to use the heaviest weight possible and still maintain form, a change from the classes with light weights.

The class was great, as usual. I just wish that when we did the leg raises from 1st position at the barre, that Cami wouldn't have told us to lift with our quad. For those types of moves, it's best to lift using your inner thigh while holding your core...this will allow you to build strength and flexibility better, not fatigue as easily, and avoid the "bulky quad" that many women don't want. Not trying to get on my soapbox here, but it's just a suggestion!
