Easily my favourite instructor at the Richmond location. Her workouts are challenging & at the same time, you never have to worry about whether or not you’ve have pushed it too hard at one of her classes, or have to self-regulate each set, or have to take too many days off in between classes to fully heal - all of which I find is often the case with Barry’s classes in general. I simply do what she says and 100% of the time it’s a near perfect workout. Highly recommend her slots!

I will admit I was really skeptical when I walked in and saw Jules was subbing for Lauren - the music was different, the energy was different, and it just felt like a completely different vibe from Lauren’s usual Sunday morning classes. But it turned out to be great. The class had a nice flow and was challenging without being overwhelming or intimidating. It was a good accidental introduction to Jules - I am more willing to signup for her classes going forward too.
