Great workout, but the Pilates part of the program was less developed than the boxing. Needed more attention paid to Pilates form

I was not a fan of this class. Its like a Zumba and kickboxing in the 90s mix. There were also a couple of new people and the instructor never did what every other instructor does and asks if anyone is new. There was no way to know what type of equipment was needed and, the yoga mat I eventually grabbed looked like it had never been cleaned. Its so convenient to my office that I really wanted to love it, but, I dont think Ill be back.

Thanks for the feedback and so very sorry the mat was unacceptable (we do our best to cycle out the used mats - this must have slipped thru). We hope you will consider giving us another try.

This was my second class at this studio and just felt like both were glorified aerobics classes. Not for me.

Was more of a mix of Zumba and boxing than pilates.

Class got interrupted by a fire alarm, but instructor picked it back up for this who stayed.

The class was fun, but definitely way too easy for my leek. If you consider yourself even intermediate, you probably won't feel challenged by this class. The instructor also wasn't great at communicating moves and assumed everyone knew what to do.

Really fun great workout, challenging but never boring. Great for those who have done Pilates before and know how to position their bodies .

With all of the dancing and cardio I would have thought it would have been more fun with high fun energy. It was almost like being in the military. No one smiled once during the class. It was good cardio and the thought work was intense.

People at the facility were really friendly but this class is not for the avid athlete. The format of the class was super dated and I barely broke a sweat. They also need to get a microphone for the instructor - he screaming voice was painful.

Was not a fan of this class. The music that was chosen was too fast for when the instructor had everyone do moves in double time so people were sacrificing form for speed. Lots of balancing which I guess makes sense for the pilates part of the class but lots of balancing with no breaks was not ideal for someone with weak ankles. Myself and a few others in the class thought some of the dance moves made us look foolish and did not provide much of a workout.

The floor was uneven on the far side of the room where I was, which sometimes made me feel unsteady/off balance

Awesome class normally but there were WAY too many people. Couldn't even kick. I gave 3 stars because Dawn is so great. Even with it being so crowed.

The instructor did not give much instruction between moves, she just simply changed to a new move. I also did not like her attitude, she yelled at people to work harder instead of giving tips on how to do the move better.

this class didn't have any real pilates component - just kick boxing. still fun though.
