About this class

This 60 minute class is a calming, slow paced introduction to alignment principles. Class will vary from week to week as different positions from regular Dailey Method Classes are highlighted and explored.

Please bring socks!! If you are taking Dailey Cycle please also bring runners and a water bottle.

How to get there

Please arrive 10 minutes for Barre Class and 15 minutes for Dailey Cycle. For Daily Cycle, please bring tennis shoes and water.

Instruction should be much more clear and concise when using examples to try to describe something. She is super enthusiastic but needs work on her instructions to the class and about still focusing on the class when changing the music.

Really great class for a decent work out but you can actually keep up. I think this would be really good for beginners to barre. Relaxing, calming and refocusing.

I was feeling so low energy/sore and so burnt out from work, so it seemed like every other class I looked at would just exhaust me more. But this one turned out to be the best mix of stretching and gentle strength training that left me feeling rejuvenated. Theres lots of emphasis on proper posture and alignment. I loved it!

What is ClassPass?
