About this class

Jump and Tone is a high-energy and intensity, yet low-impact to the joints cardio class with bursts of conditioning exercises using soft hand weights and body weight. This endorphin producing 50 minute class targets lower body, arms, core, cardiovascular endurance and burns some serious calories. Jump Circuit is a HIIT based class, with 9 different trampoline stations to target your cardio and total body strengthening needs.

How to prepare

Please wear comfortable, moisture-wicking clothes with good breathability and bring a water bottle. For spin (“Ride”) classes, thin socks made from moisture-wicking fabric with reinforced heels and toes or cycling socks. Cycling shoe loaners are available. For mini-trampoline (“Jump “) classes, slip resistant socks (sold at the studio) or bare feet.

It was a lot of fun and easy on my knees. Love the energy and how it went by so quickly but I found the toning not very challenging. next time I would add extra weight

What is ClassPass?
