About this class
Ride classes at RJS are the best cardio cycling workouts you will ever experience. Your instructor will lead you through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. Appropriate for all levels - no experience in indoor cycling required. Stay for the few minutes of optional ab workout to complete your cardio session. Sneakers or cycling shoes required (loaners available at the studio, free to membership holders, $2 for class pack holders)

How to prepare
Please wear comfortable, moisture-wicking clothes with good breathability and bring a water bottle. For spin (“Ride”) classes, thin socks made from moisture-wicking fabric with reinforced heels and toes or cycling socks. Cycling shoe loaners are available. For mini-trampoline (“Jump “) classes, slip resistant socks (sold at the studio) or bare feet.

RJS Fit is located on the Crossroads Plaza (next to Acme, Chinese Gourmet, Learning Express and Dollar Store) at 800 Bustleton Pike in Richboro, Pennsylvania.
