About this class

In our newest class, we’re building lean muscle by using added resistance such as kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, resistance bands & more. In kickboxing, speed and agility are key, so every muscle needs to serve a purpose. We’ll focus on long, lean muscle and tone exactly what you need. We finish up STRONG with bag work for an amazing full body workout! All levels welcome:)

This class is TOUGH. It was mostly exercises with heavy weights and kettlebells, followed by about 10 min of bag-work. Instructor is motivating and will push you very hard!

Loved this workout! Make sure you give yourself some extra time if you are showing up for the first time. It’s a little tricky to find via google maps. I never did kickboxing before but I felt very welcome!

What is ClassPass?
