This 45 minute class is designed to accompany your very active lifestyle. Really target all those sore muscles with 30 minutes of both active + passive stretches inspired by yoga. Then you can go on with your day, or stay an extra 15 minutes to tune into the breath, relax and enjoy a soothing svasana.

How to prepare
Please bring a mat and clip-in cycling shoes depending on the class. Both are also available for rent at the studio. Complimentary towels are provided.

Ride and Reflect - Morristown is located at 125 South St in Morristown, New Jersey. Behind Cottage II. We share a parking lot with St. Peters church.
