About this class

Special Valentine's themed playlist! Created by REPS' founder and master trainer, Renvil Doman, KORECYCLE™ is an elite performance workout designed to maximize fitness results by alternating between indoor cycling and core strength training. KORECYCLE™ classes are compiled of 30 minutes of traditional indoor cycling intervals followed by 30 minutes on the fitness floor building core strength and all over flexibility. Expect to burn calories like a cycle class (minus the monotony) while toning and strengthening the abdominal muscles.

What is ClassPass?
