About this class

Strength & Conditioning is taught by a certified coach that brings you the latest and most efficient exercises to improve your health. They take into account what is needed to build the core foundation of an athlete and what is needed to improve physical performance, which includes but is not limited to plyometrics, speed and agility, endurance and core stability.

How to prepare

Wear comfortable clothes, and bring a bottle of water. Students will be taking classes barefoot on a high quality matted area. No worries for cleanliness as their mats are cleaned and disinfected three times per day.

How to get there

Students can park in front of the gym in the parking area or around back where there is additional parking for 30 vehicles.

What is ClassPass?
