About this class

A 60 minute class introducing cycling to new members. In this class you will learn bike set up, proper form and technique as well as safety. This is perfect for beginners as well as anyone who needs a refresher or has taken some time off and wants to ease back into a routine. This class is less intense than our regular rides but will still leave you feeling challenged.

How to prepare

Towels and shoes are provided at no additional cost. Water is available for purchase at the front desk. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled class. Latecomers will not be admitted. This is to preserve the integrity of the class and each riders experience.

Push Pedal NYC is located at 4080 Broadway (on the corner of 172nd street) in New York City off the A and 1 trains to 168th street.

Amazing intro class for cycling, and very necessary as I needed help with everything from setting my bike up and clipping in to learning the positions and testing my endurance. I feel able to go to a regular class now, but will probably come back to this one because it was so great.

What is ClassPass?
