About this class

This one hour class uses a mix of TRX Suspension Trainer, weights, battle ropes along with other resistance training equipment to work the entire body. Intervals will be used to elevate your heart rate in order to burn the max amount of calories while creating lean muscle. All levels welcome. Prior use of TRX Suspension Trainer and weights is recommended.
