Pure Foundations at Pure Barre
About this class
This 50-55 minute class incorporates simpler choreography, more demonstration, and slightly extended explanations to help you master the basics and refine your form in our Pure Barre Classic technique. Keep in mind that simple does not mean easy--be prepared for a full body workout! Great for beginners to understand the technique, but veteran clients can also challenge themselves in this form-focused class!

How to prepare
1.New students must arrive 15 mins early to fill out paperwork, regardless of having been to other Pure Barres 2.They cannot accommodate anyone who is more than 5 mins late 3.Pants, legging or capris (no shorts) + top that covers midriff + socks required 4.Shoes & cell phones are not allowed in studio 5.Please let the instructor know of any injuries 6.Pregnant students: always consult with your doctor before beginning a new exercise routine and alert your teacher for modifications
