About this class

Vinyasa Foundations is intended for students at any experience level, with much of the class consisting of foundational poses sequenced in a creative manner. Some classes will include optional intermediate or advanced poses, but all classes are accessible for the beginner yogi and experienced practitioner alike.

How to prepare

Please wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes. Wearing slightly form fitting clothing is advised so that the instructor may provide alignment cues and corrections. There are a limited number of mats to borrow on a first come first served basis. When possible, the studio recommends bringing your own mat.

Studio was very cold in the morning. Ran out of time before shavasana, which was a bit disappointing. Also I prefer a class with some background music.

What is ClassPass?
